FLOWERS AT MY MOTHER'S HOUSE
She gets up very early in the morning, around 5 a.m. She walks around the yard (is also the garden), takes a couple of buckets of water and then waters the flowers. She never forgets about it. After that, she sweeps the yard and sees if there is something wrong with the plants, the flowers. You know, the weather in my area is not temperate. This month, it has rained a lot these days. There are more worms and snails. She doesn't want to use pesticides or insecticides so it prompts her to spend half an hour every night dealing with them. (They eat at night, and it is virtually impossible to catch them during the day).
My mother often says to me that: "It doesn't take too much time to take care of these flowers, just dedicated to them every day". She considers planting and catering the flowers in the garden a hobby as well as her habit. There are many pictures of flowers on social platforms, but the real flowers in the garden give natural smell, it's not too strong.
In rainy season, grass overgrows in the garden, butterflies are everywhere. The scenery looks like a fairy tale. It's a pity, I didn't take any photos here.
My mother wishes she would have more space for planting flowers. especially in the summer and spring, the time when plants can thrive without fertilizers and caring.
Whenever visiting Đà Lạt, my mother usually spends time admiring the beauty of flowers in the small gardens here. "How cute they are, she says"
Looking at vivid colors of flowers makes my mother relaxed and has peace in her mind. Every morning, a new flower appears, so charming!
It is true to say that
"Flowers are the music of the ground. From earth's lips spoken without sound"
